  • Can't find the watch in the APP?

    1. Turn on the location permission and location information of the mobile phone, that is, the GPS switch

    2. Check whether the watch is connected by other mobile phones. You can check whether the Bluetooth symbol of the watch/band shows that it is connected. If the watch is connected by other mobile phones, the APP will not be able to search

    3. Turn off the bluetooth of the mobile phone and then turn it on again, then turn off the APP, and then restart it

  • Can't connect the watch or scan the code to connect?

    Solution 1: Some mobile phones need to turn on the GPS to search for the device, and then try again after turning on the GPS

    Solution 2: Turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and then turn it on again, then turn off the APP, and then restart it

    Solution 3: Restart the phone, and then reopen the APP connection

  • How to bind smart watch to APP MautuFit?

    Open MautuFit app, tap “Device” on the bottom bar, choose “ Scan code to bind device”, scan the QR code to link, you can use the watch after sync.

  • How to customize watch faces with the app MautuFit?

    You need to bind the watch to the app MautuFit first to customize watch faces.
    After you bind the watch and the app successfully, you are good to customize your own watch faces.
    1. Open the app
    2. Tap "Device"
    3. Tap "Watch face push"
    4. The first two or three watch faces that you can use to customize
    5. upload a photo from your smartphone to customize a watch face and push it to the watch.

  • How to check the battery level of the watch/band?

    You can check the battery level on the time interface of the bracelet.

  • How to use the music control function?

    When the bracelet is successfully connected to the APP, open the mobile music player, play the download list music, and press and hold to switch on the bracelet music interface. (Some mobile phones do not support built-in music players, but can support QQ music players, NetEase cloud music players, etc.)

  • How long will the watch/band be fully charged?

    Generally, it can be fully charged in 1 hour, and it is recommended to charge for more than 2 hours to give full play to the maximum performance of the battery.

  • How to turn off the watch/band?

    First switch the bracelet to the time page, release the handle, and then long press the button, then the hardware information of the bracelet will be displayed, then release the hand, and long press again, the close button will be displayed, release the handle and hold it again Press until the bracelet turns off.

  • How to connect the watch/band & how to synchronize data?

    Android phones: Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, open the APP, click Bind the bracelet, and click the scanned bracelet. After the bracelet is successfully connected, the bracelet data will be synchronized to the APP. (Do not connect the Bluetooth of the bracelet in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone, if you click to unpair after connecting, otherwise it will affect the connection of the bracelet in the APP)

    iPhone: Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, open the APP, click Bind bracelet, and click the scanned bracelet. When the pairing box pops up, click Pair. After the bracelet is successfully connected, the bracelet data will be synchronized to the APP.

    Click the Sync/Sync Data button on the device page to synchronize.

  • Why can't the watch/band receive push notifications?

    The bracelet supports receiving WeChat, SMS, QQ, Whatsapp, calendar, email and other information reminders. Please move to the APP to set it up.

    Android phone settings:

    1. Confirm that the message push switch is turned on in the APP

    2. Confirm whether the message can be displayed normally in the notification bar of the mobile phone. The notification bar of the bracelet is pushed by reading the message in the notification bar of the mobile phone; if there is no message in the notification bar of the mobile phone, the bracelet cannot receive the push. (You need to find the notification and status bar in the phone settings, turn on WeChat, QQ, phone, SMS, etc.)

    3. Open the app -> click on the app notification -> open the app

    4. Open WeChat -> click me -> click settings -> click new message notification -> open notification to display message details

    5. Open QQ -> click settings -> click message notification -> open notification to display message content

    Apple phone settings:

    1. Confirm that the message push switch is turned on in the APP

    2. Open the phone settings -> click on notifications -> click on WeChat, QQ, SMS, phone, etc. -> enable notifications and display them in the "Notification Center"

    3. Open WeChat -> click me -> click settings -> click new message notification -> open notification to display message details

    4. Open QQ -> click settings -> click message notification -> open notification to display message content

  • How to unbind the watch/band?

    Android phone operation: open the APP and click to unbind.

    Mobile phone operation:

    1. Open the APP and click to unbind

    2. Find our bracelet in the Bluetooth settings of the phone, click the small exclamation mark at the back, and then choose to ignore this device

    3. If you find that the device is still displayed in the list after ignoring this device, you can turn off and turn on Bluetooth again

  • Is the watch/band waterproof?

    The bracelet is not waterproof to steam, warm water or hot water, and it can prevent splashing water from life. (Swimming with a bracelet is not recommended, it may be affected by water pressure)
