Introduction

"MaituFit" is an application that provides you with exercise guidance and health services by Shenzhen Maitu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Maitu"). Maitu attaches great importance to your personal information and privacy protection, and we will provide corresponding security protection measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and mature security standards in the industry.

In order to provide better sports health services, it is necessary to collect your: basic personal information (age or date of birth, gender, height, weight), account information (avatar, nickname, points), sports health information (sports data and health data), application information (basic application information, application usage information, account login information, etc.), network information (operator information), location information (precise location information, movement track, etc.), device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, system usage information, AndroidID, etc.), and the data you actively upload. This information can help calculate sports data more accurately, and sports health information is used to store and display for users.

MaituFit supports sharing your data with third parties for more professional services. Please read the privacy policy of the third-party software carefully before you enable the service. In addition, we will obtain your authorization again before data sharing. After you exit the "MaituFit" application, this application will still access the mobile phone sensor to obtain step counting data, and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception, device software update and log upload services.

Your MaituFit information contains sensitive personal information, and we will only upload it to the Maitu server after you expressly agree in the application.

1. How we collect and use your personal information

1.1 Account login

In order to manage MaituFit data, we complete account registration and login functions based on account services. Before using an account, please ensure that you read and agree to abide by the privacy statement of the corresponding account to understand and agree to the collection, use and sharing of personal information of the corresponding account. And so on. After logging in, we need to use your account information (nickname and avatar) and basic personal information (gender and date of birth). The use of nickname and avatar is for display in the application, and the use of gender and date of birth is to provide you with better exercise suggestions.

1.2 MaituFit equipment management

In order to manage your MaituFit equipment (including MaituFit ecological equipment and third-party equipment such as MaituFit ecological equipment produced and sold by Maitu and its affiliated companies, earphones, wristbands, watches and other wearable equipment), we need to collect your equipment identifier, Device hardware information, device usage information, basic system information and network information. The purpose of collecting such information is to establish a Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and count device activation. These data will also be used to improve the network connection experience.

In order to support the information linkage between the wearable device/earphone and the mobile phone, it is necessary to read the mobile phone calendar schedule and basic system information to the wearable device. We connect to the MaituFit device via Bluetooth to obtain the device's sports and health data, log information, location information, and device information. You can terminate the collection of such data by disconnecting or unbinding.

After connecting some MaituFit devices, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, the gender, age, height, and weight you entered in the "MaituFit" application "My" > "Personal Information" will be synchronized to the device (such as a bracelet , watches, etc.).

Some wearable devices that support the call function need to display mobile phone contact information and call records, so that the wearable device can answer and make calls.

When connecting the MaituFit device of Shenzhen Maitu Technology Co., Ltd., "MaituFit" only provides a device upgrade path. The device firmware version is provided by the device manufacturer, and the manufacturer is responsible for the version quality and upgrade results. Your device name, device identifier, and device usage information will also be uploaded to the server of Shenzhen Maitu Technology Co., Ltd. to complete activation statistics and wearable device problem analysis. After the pairing of the Maitu wearable device is successful, the third-party application that interacts with the paired Maitu wearable device through "MaituFit" can obtain the random identifier of your device (pairing is resettable and unique for each application), device name, Third-party applications can also send messages or notifications to your paired wearable device; according to your express authorization, these third-party applications can access the device's sensor data, sleep Status, type of exercise (walking, running), wearing status data, log information, location information, device information.

If your wearable device supports the weather forecast function, we will send your location information to the weather service provider to obtain the weather information in your area and display it on the wearable device. You can use this application device at any time Turn off the weather forecast function in the management to terminate the sharing.

When you use our services, we may automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as relevant web logs. For example: your login account, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, network environment, language used, date and time of visit, length of stay, refresh record.

1.3 MaituFit data management

1.3.1 Personal data management

In order to manage your personal data and improve the accuracy of sports data, we need to collect your personal data, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, and sports setting data. You can go to "My" > "Personal Information" to fill in or modify. If you do not provide such information, it will affect the accuracy of sports data calculation, but this will not affect your local use of personal data management functions.

1.3.2 Sports data management

In order to record, back up and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location information, exercise track, exercise type, exercise duration, steps, distance, calories, climb, speed and other exercise data. Types of exercise include walking, running, climbing, etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your daily exercise data and trajectory, and provide you with rich exercise services.

In this service, the providers who support the track recording function for outdoor single movement include: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Maitu Technology Co., Ltd., and Google Inc. Using this service requires collecting and providing your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device identifier and network information. The collection and processing of specific data is governed by the third-party privacy policy. Please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.

If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to provide cloud storage of exercise data. When you uninstall the application or change the phone, the exercise data will be lost, but this will not affect your local use of the exercise data recording function.

1.3.3 Health data management

In order to manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. Health data is personal sensitive information. The purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display and count health-related data, and provide you with rich health services.

If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to save your health data on the cloud side. When you uninstall or change your phone, your health data will be lost, but this will not affect your health when using "MaituFit" locally Data management functions.

1.4 User feedback

Users can submit any problems encountered in the process of using the App through the "feedback" function. We need to get ANDROID_ID to know the questioner and reply the answer content.

1.5 User experience improvement service

In order to improve product quality and enhance user experience, we need to collect your device identifier, basic system information, device usage information, system usage information and wearable device usage information, including the pages you open in the app and clicked The functional operation status of buttons, applications and devices is used to analyze and count the usage of devices and applications, so as to improve services and user experience. The above data is only for overall analysis, and will not pay attention to your personal information, and all relevant data will be deleted after use.

When there is a problem in the use of the application, you can give us feedback through the "Problem and Suggestion" interface, and you need to enter your problem description and contact information. In order to facilitate us to solve the problem as soon as possible, we also need to collect system usage information, device hardware information, device identifier and basic system information. The logs and contact information you upload are only used for communication and locating problems, and will be automatically deleted after the data storage period expires. If you do not provide such information, the developers may not be able to solve the problems you encounter, but this will not affect your use of other functions of the service. In order to improve our service quality, we will collect device identifiers, device hardware information (such as device type, etc.), basic system information (such as country code configuration, etc.), so as to send questionnaires from time to time to improve our products. The content of the questionnaire may require you to feedback some personal information. The collection and use of your personal information will be specified in the questionnaire and your authorization and consent will be obtained. 2. Device permission call

Storage permission: When you use functions such as sharing, vibration step counting or login account, you can choose to open this permission to read or write application usage information, pictures, videos and steps intermediate data. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Camera permission: When you scan the QR code to connect to the device and apply to join the shared space, we need to apply for and obtain the permission from you in order to complete the photo shooting. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Location Permission: When you use functions such as generating trajectory pictures with a single movement, Bluetooth pairing, shared space and location-related searches, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current location information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Bluetooth usage permissions: Bluetooth permissions are used to obtain watch power, steps, heart rate permissions, etc.

Network permissions: Network permissions are used for dial installation, shared space data acquisition, App problem feedback, application error log collection, application version update detection, authorization activation, account login, etc.

Access device information status: is actually verifying user device information.

Contacts permission: When you use the wearable device to sync contacts to the watch, the watch will display the name of the caller when there is an incoming call. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Physical activity: When you use your mobile phone to exercise independently, you need to enable this permission to record the number of exercise steps normally, and the number of steps cannot be recorded after it is turned off.

Send text messages:Android only, after connected to the watch, the watch can accept calls and reply quickly.

Recording permissions:When the app is connected to a watch with ChatAI function, the use of ChatAI function requires recording permission to identify the content of the speech.

4. Manage your data

4.1 Access to personal information

After installing and logging in to "MaituFit", your personal information saved on the cloud will be automatically downloaded and synchronized to the local phone. In the "MaituFit" app, you can access your exercise data and health data through the data card, including step card, exercise card, sleep card, heart rate card, weight card, blood pressure card, blood sugar card, etc. and device pages. You can view nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, weight and exercise setting data on the "My" page.

4.2 Update personal information

You can modify and update your nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, and weight on the "My" page. The data automatically obtained from your mobile phone or MaituFit device does not provide editing and updating functions.

5. Data storage location and period

The above information will be transmitted and saved to the server in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China.

We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period below, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

For your data security, your data will be bound to your account, and your MaituFit data will be transmitted encrypted and stored in the "MaituFit" cloud server.

The questionnaire information obtained in the survey business and the device information obtained in the upgrade service will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection, or when you delete your account, your data will also be securely deleted at the same time .

The personal information obtained in the user experience improvement service for statistical analysis and product improvement will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection.

Problems and Suggestions Log information obtained in the business for analysis and positioning: logs are stored on the Maitu server (file log server) for seven (7) days, and the retention period of data other than logs is two (2) years .

The event data you participated in will be retained for six (6) months from the end of the event, and the relevant information data of your participation in the lucky draw will be retained for two (2) years.

6. How to contact us

If you have any questions or complaints about this privacy policy or personal information protection, we have set up a dedicated personal information protection department (or personal information protection specialist), and you can contact them through the "Questions and Suggestions" page. If you are dissatisfied with our response, especially when our personal information processing behavior has damaged your legitimate rights and interests, you can also file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction, or file a lawsuit with the relevant industry self-regulatory association or government. 7. Account cancellation

7.1 If you need to cancel your account, you must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(a) There has been no abnormal login in the account in the last month;

(b) The account is not involved in the complaint;

(c) There are no unused rights and interests in the account. If you still have unused rights and interests, the cancellation application will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment of corresponding rights and interests;

(d) You completely waive the right to retain and retrieve such data;

(e) The cancellation of the account does not involve any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by competent authorities, etc., and there is no realistic risk of the above-mentioned lawsuits being involved or being adjusted;

(f) The account does not have other obligations that should be fulfilled in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations but have not been fulfilled;

(g) Delete account-related data 7 days after the account is cancelled, and the account cannot be used for any operations during this period.

The account cancellation process is: log in to MaituFit APP-My-Settings-Account and Security-Account Cancellation; before you cancel your account, we will verify your account information. You know and understand that canceling your account is irreversible;

7.2 Consequences of account cancellation

You understand and agree that after completing the cancellation process of the account, there will be consequences including but not limited to the following:

(a). You will not be able to rely on this account for any authority operations;

(b). You will not be able to log in to the MaituFit APP account with this account again;

(c). After logout, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information, data, etc. that you have stored and used under this account;

(d). Other consequences that may damage your rights or cause losses to you;
