1. If any product quality problems occur due to faulty manufacturing, materials, design, or other reasons, the motherboard will be guaranteed for one year free of charge, while the battery and charger will be guaranteed for six months, starting from the date of purchase.
2. We do not provide free after-sales service for failures caused by the user's personal reasons, which include the following:
1). Failures caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the watch.
2). Failures caused by accidental drops.
3). Any damage caused by human beings or by the fault or misuse, such as water damage, cracks due to external force, or scratches on peripheral parts.
3. If you need to request free after-sales service, please make sure to provide a warranty card that includes the date of purchase and the stamp of the place of purchase.
4. If you need to have your product repaired, please bring it to either the company or one of its authorized distribution points.
5. The actual products shall prevail in all cases.
